  It’s easy to see why you can loose weight whilst doing Shapeworks as you hardly eat! But I have to say its one of the worst diets I’ve ever been on. Its annoying enough being on a diet and being deprived of the food you like but then replacing meals with the rank milkshakes is even more depressing! If I honestly knew that the shakes would taste that bad (like drinking milk with a ton of flour in it) then I would of never paid the 60 odd quid that i paid.   I don’t see how you would not lose weight on this Herbalife Shapeworks program. With the amount of calories you take in, if you stick to the plan you could probably still lose weight, if you just kept sitting around like a lazy couch potato. Most people that fail any diet like this are not following the plan and eating junk still. As with any diet program, it should go with some kind of exercise to see higher results. …

  I have been using the Herbalife Shapeworks program since June 29, 2006 and have lost 20 pounds and 2 inches, as of Aug.2, 2006. I am very happy with the products and my husband and I have become distributors. The program works but you have to stick with it. One review I read said it did not work for her. I guess she did not stick with it. …
