Baby Gift Idea, Sign Language for Babies

My good friends recently had a precious little girl. Sara is beautiful and always has a smile for me. She fills my heart with love but I’m at a loss on what she really wants. She is my friends little girl but I feel close to her, probably from the smiles. I’ve heard of it and seen it on TV but there’s a way to teach sign language to a baby. My friends hands are full but I found this book you can read online without killing a tree. I’m promoting the book so others can see the promise I see in the book and start to get involved with teaching the child what they need to communicate with the world.

NegativeCalorieDiet.com – Healthy Diet Plan

I admit,
I was skeptical at first but the whole idea of negative calories made
sense to me so I went ahead and bought it. Glad I did! I still go on it
every once in a while when I need it, but my whole attitude about food
has drastically changed. The best thing about it though, is that my
back no longer hurts like it did when I was carrying that extra 27
pounds around. Thanks!

Free Preview & Mini-course for Pregnancy Without Pounds

October 12, 2007 by vazdot

I just want to say thank you…THANK YOU!! I’m a physically fit person to begin with, but was nervous for my health and the health of my child. During the first 7 weeks of my pregnancy I felt tired and fat. I was depressed about the way I looked and the way I felt about myself. Just BLAH all the time. As soon as I began your excercises and stretches, I began to feel better about myself. It’s not even about feeling fat and unattractive anymore. I have more energy, I feel healthy and overall feel better about myself. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! :)

Play-Asia.com - Buy Video Games for Consoles and PC - From Japan, Korea and other Regions!

For my birthday I got a new sony psp

When Japanese new releases hit the Japanese market they take time to finally hit the American selves the wonder is gone. When I said. “Problems of Addicting Gaming” I wasn’t kidding.

Dear Frustrated Gamers,
My wife understands me, I got a new Sony PSP for my birthday but it’s so cool that I may end up having Problems of Addicting Gaming. It help that I have such an understanding wife but she may be out matched by the variety and saving I found at
Play-Asia.com - Buy Video Games for Consoles and PC - From Japan, Korea and other Regions!
for games. The reason for the gift wasn’t my birthday but an accident that put me into a wheelchair. I’m dealing with it and the therapist had told us that I need to be more involved with … Life. The hope is that I’ll find friends with similar interests. I guess it sort of worked I’m talking to you guys. Gaming broke the shell and I hope it’ll do the same for you. The old folks always think that gaming is a way to avoid life but once you do it interactive then you never want it to stop. My personal weapon of choice is the PSP but the Wii looks like a lot of fun. With the Wii you can play over the internet too.

I found an online merchant that sells games from Japan. My Japanese PSP plays American games with NO modifications. When you first start it it asked what region you’re in so after my PSP can play American UMDs where I’m at.

So I can:
Play all games,
Play American movies

Play Asia also has a wide assortment of software and other games.

I’ll never get used to this damn chair but my wife has helped me find a new hobby to fill my days.

A little follow up since I started writing this post:

Hello to follow up on my (supposed) birthday gift, which I find so fun and most importantly a great time waster, Sony isn’t known to be overly generous and I’m on a limited budget (hence time waster). I went to Ask Dave and asked, “Free Sony PSP Software: What’s Available?”. I got from this site a list of FREE PSP utilities to go with my PSP.

From the question I answer I got was

For example, PSP 411 has a good PC PSP software list of twenty applications, ranging from converters to translate your existing music into the MP3 format the PSP likes and translate various movie formats into MP4 videos, to utilities that let you read books on your PSP, and more.

Eye Vision Problems

September 29, 2007 by vazdot

As I get older I notice that life doesn’t make it easier to age gracefully (for me at least). There’s problems I won’t discuss (not yet, I’m still immature) but my vision is OK to talk about with you. There’s a vision problem I’ve learned about and it makes sense to me not eye plasma leakage blurred vision problems but slowly dimming. I found a online optometrist as I started researching the vision problems I’m experiencing and they have a unique means to perform some eye tests with the computer which is good because I’m always stuck in front of one, that might explain some of the problems. Nintendo Wii Game System

September 27, 2007 by vazdot

Hello, I’m a 40+ year old man that’s still a boy (I’ve got a birthday this month so I’ll be 40++ or is that 40+ +1?) and I started this blog to declare to the world … something. Oh yea, I wanna Wii Nintendo. I found them online but in stores they sell out so fast. Lately I’ve been put into a wheelchair because of illness (this blog isn’t about depressing things, it’s about joy), it’s about my slow recovery using what looks promising and fun. You got to have fun or the physical rehab gets painful. I changed my diet where I stopped consuming anything from a mammal, cows and pigs. I feel better but you have to eat what is tasty or you’ll slip back to what’s not good. So lots of fish especially Sushi. I almost forgot to mention I live in Tokyo, Japan but I’m from the U.S.

Good Diet

I have to do some physical rehab so try to get some abilities back for good living. Even with a loving and helpful wife/life mate/or anything that floats your boat you have to be autonomous or you’ll slip back to what’s not good. I’n making real steps in that area.

Physical Rehab

I’m making real steps in those areas but I feel that I can’t keep going but I think with a Wii Nintendo and all the great games on that I can “break on through to the otherside” (I say this with my deepest respect to Mr. Morrison).

Please everyone eat well and have fun, I recommend a Wii Nintendo and get some exercise for your mind and body.

That link is for the Japanese version of the Wii Nintendo which offers the ability to play Japanese and U.S. games.

Fun with your family, Webkinz Stuffed Animals

September 18, 2007 by vazdot

I’ve got a little niece that’s about to turn 5 years old and being the (super?) great uncle that I am (and finally get her what she wants) I decided to give her one of the Webkinz Stuffed Animals with something else (she loves to tear apart packages). Now to choose the right one that will make a lasting impression on her physiology. I love my sister who is the Mom of my niece Samantha but she can be as difficult as Sam. There are so many oversized stuffed animals and miniature stuffed animals of Webkinz stuffed animals to choose from I’m stuck, (there’s the webkinz raccoon, webkinz penguin, webkinz reindeer, or even the webkinz cheeky dog) and if you ask a 5 year which is the favorite you’ll get a different answer each different day. I think the Webkinz Black and White Cat is the winner but being a middle-aged man I don’t presume to fully understand a 5 year old girl never mind a 35 year old woman. I thought typing this down it would give me ideas.

Sam has made comments about wanting a dog, my sister and I grew up with Howie (our childhood dog, big German Shepard dog), but getting my sister to take care of the dog is asking the impossible. If I can’t do it then it is my sister job to take care of the dog. So I think the obvious choice is the Webkinz Chihuahua and that may make my sister feel guilty enough to get a dog or any of the Webkinz stuffed animals would be her cup of tea.

Here’s a list that I used to give me ideas on a special 5 yr old’s birthday gift, looking at Webkinz Animals

Also included is Chihuahua Coffee which many good parents swear by to calm nerves.

New Mother Survival Kit

September 6, 2007 by vazdot

A good friend of mine is with child. How did that ever happen? She is very attractive but I never think of her like that, with human desires. She can be very machine-like in her efficiency, it’s always a bit of a contest between us, she always wins. There’s no contest now because of the coming baby, I won’t compete with a women with child, she has a lot on her mind to consider.

I am a good friend to her, I think, and I want to help where I can. She is part of the new natural crowd and puts allot of importance on organic baby care products. I completely agree with her and wonder if I had some influence there. So I looked around the web, cause that’s what I do, and found a resource that may help in her new endeavor of being a mother, she’s still not used to the thought of being called “mom”.

There’s an ugly fact with this coming miracle, it takes money. I found something to help, a New Mother Survival Kit as I call it. I lack to funds to support her and she lacks affordable family health care insurance, her insurance is lacking for the care necessary for the coming extra-mouth to care for.

This might help

In our contest, I might have won this round but she won the game with the help of a baby

The birth of a baby does weird and wonderful things to people, even me. I’m from a 6 child family with LOTS of nephews and nieces where the holidays are noisy and great. Mostly noisy but still great. A married couple that are dear friends to me had beautiful twin baby girls born MAMA MIA, wow twins! And I want to give them a gift to celebrate the event and give me some joy of gift giving to this miracle. I thought of a stroller for two, every new parent desires one, twins especially. So the stroller I thought of is the “Graco Quattro Tour Duo Stroller”. It may be overkill but like I said I’m from big family and know the value of a stroller and they’re close friends of mine. I found some stats and a review I’d like to share with you. This gift would make for a great gift at a baby shower. I could have been the ultimate friend and planned a Baby Shower for them but time is always my most precious resource.
